New management tool available from version 20.22.08 of JurisEvolut10n, the storage space allows the manager to better monitor the space used by the documents linked to the entity.
As the space available for the entity is limited, it is important to be able to monitor the status of its use in order to avoid lack of space and/or additional costs.
Admin Tab / Storage Space Tile
Even before accessing the information on the tile, the colour of the icon is a visual indicator of the storage status. The overall % usage excluding JurisZone space is also displayed on the tile.
The window shows separately
the space used by active documents,
the space used by deleted documents (which can be restored)
and the space used by documents shared via the JurisZone.
