When trying to upload a document using the icon at the top right
and you get the following message:
This means that it has already been locked by a user and must be unlocked by the latter.
You can quickly see if a document is locked using the padlock in the "Status" column.
A locked document means that someone has downloaded this document. To find out who locked it, see the overview.
Only the person who locked the document can unlock it.
You will still be able to download the document by double-clicking on it, but if you try to save a modification by overwriting the previous version, this will not be possible. Only the person who locked the document will be able to do this action until the document is unlocked.
