JurisÉvolution offers several tools to apply the firm's internal procedures under Law 25.

Permanent deletion of files allows you to permanently delete all content of a file closed for more than 7 years. Financial or statistical data that must be retained to ensure the integrity of the reports is anonymized.

The client and the person file of the participants attached to the file are kept, but any link with the deleted file is removed.

Available for the Business edition , the confidential person allows you to apply a Chinese wall on a person file which must remain inaccessible (e.g. a public figure).

The identification numbers inserted in a person file (e.g. social insurance number, NEQ, etc.) can be set confidential, which ensures that the number is not displayed to users who do not have the right to do so.

This is based on the user's profile.
