Grouping of reports - Redesign of the visual

A grouping of specific declinations under one main system report is in place, thus lightening the content of the 360 Reports Window.

Previously, the 360 Report Window displayed all available declinations in a block. More than 200 declinations were displayed compared to 36 system reports now.

For each system report a description (indexed for search) is present in the newly added right pane. The number of available declinations and the target language for the report are also displayed.

Example

BEFORE

Displaying the reports of the Activity Family

21 declinations in one block

NOW

Displaying the reports of the Activity Family

3 System reports with their own grouped declinations

Control of the Reports to be displayed

The 360 window allows the user to hide/show certain system reports as needed to obtain an interface that displays only what is relevant to him.

The function icon is located in the menu bar on the right side of the 360 window reports.

Even if reports are hidden from the 360 window, they remain available through the funnel in the "inactive" section and can be reactivated at any time.

A system report cannot be deleted.

Dates of the report

Several options are in place to facilitate the selection of the time period when a report is requested.

In addition to defining specific dates manually, it is possible to directly select

  • Today

  • Yesterday

  • Current week (Monday to Sunday)

  • Last week (Monday to Sunday)

  • Current month

  • Last Month

  • Current fiscal year

  • Past fiscal year (previous)

  • Current year (current calendar year)

  • Last year (previous calendar year)
