Advice
Before embarking on the creation of a timeline in JurisÉvolution, it is important to have thought about it beforehand and to have a clear idea of each step, the timeframe applicable to each step in relation to the planning reference date, the target recipients and the activity codes to be used, and finally, which open days calendar should be applied.
It is not mandatory to create a planning template in order to use a schedule in a matter. In fact, if the schedule is unique and will never be used again, it is possible to create the different steps directly in the targeted matter.
A one-time planning can be created directly in all the following matter types.
Legal matters (Civil, Family, Criminal, etc.)
Client type matter
Supplier type matter
Employee type matter
It is possible to create a one-time planning for several locations in the software.
