This much-anticipated feature makes it easier to track the amounts in trust used for billing and to manage the withdrawal of these amounts through its dedicated 360 window.

1 - Invoices are marked with the amounts held in trust to be used as payment for that invoice

2 - Following invoicing, the 360 window for managing the advances authorised for use allows the user to process the entire amount in a single withdrawal if desired

3 - A confirmation report displays the details of the withdrawal transaction on the targeted invoices
