Feature available for all editions of the software.
Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.
Step 1: Click on the "Finances" tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Select the "Deposit slip" under the "Deposit" category.
Step 3 : Select the bank account into which the deposit is made.
Step 4: Enter the date on which the deposit is made into the bank account and adjust the deposit slip description as necessary.
Step 5: Check the transaction(s) that should be included in the same deposit slip.
Step 6: If you only have one deposit slip to complete, click on the green check mark to save.
If you have additional deposit slips to enter, click on the triple check mark to save the deposit slip. The deposit window will remain open once the next steps are completed.
Step 7: Click "Confirm" to finalize the deposit slip.
Step 8: Click "Next" if you want to print the deposit slip immediately.
Results :
All transactions included in the deposit slip will be grouped together as a total amount in the bank reconciliation
It will be possible to reprint the deposit slip
It will be possible to cancel the deposit slip
