Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your accesses with the system administrator of your software.
Step 1: Click on the "People" tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Change the view to "Employees".
Step 3: Double-click on your name to access your employee file.
Step 4: Click on the "Preferences" tab of your employee folder in the lower left corner.
Step 5: Choose the desired time entry format using the drop-down menu.
*Note that if you choose to enter your time in minutes, your time entries will be rounded to the nearest 3 minutes in order to limit the number of decimal places in the numbers presented in the reports..
Step 6: Save your configurations using the green check mark.
