If you find that you're experiencing slow navigation in the software, clearing the cookies can significantly optimize your experience.

Website's cookies refers to a technology used to temporarily store web elements or data, such as images, CSS files, JavaScript scripts and even complete HTML pages, on the server or on the user's device.

To clear the cache, follow these steps:

1.Click on the padlock in the address bar, then on Cookies and site data

2. Click on Manage cookies and site data

3. Click on the trash can at the end of the two URLS

The cookies will be cleared and the connection should work normally.
