Custom shortcuts (Report types)
It may be usual for a user to generate a specific report on a regular basis. We know how cumbersome it can be to redefine the different parameters of the report each time.
It is therefore possible to save parameters as custom shortcuts to quickly call up a recurring report.
In detail
1- Prepare the generation of the targeted report and then perform the recording of the parameters.
2- Name and describe the shortcut.
3- The user now has a custom report with default settings.
Custom reports are created per user;
There is no limit on the number of custom reports a user can create;
The name can be changed at any time;
Description can be changed at any time;
Shortcut can be deleted at any time;
Parameters can be modified at any time;
