Configuration (for a ConsignO Entreprise subscription)
1-Office Info:
3 fields are to be completed in the office info at the bottom of the page in the CONSIGNO SETTINGS section.
The person in charge of completing this information in I must know the settings of the firm's ConsignO account.
API Hostname: This is a URL to ConsignO specific to the firm
API Key: Available via ConsignO for the Account Admin
API secret key: Available via ConsignO for the Account Admin
2-Employee matter (preference):
Each employee who has to use JE & ConsignO must have an access configured via his employee matter.
The email to be used to connect to ConsignO :
The Juris user must have access to ConsignO Cloud - this is the email that must be registered.
Password:
It is not the user's password to connect to the ConsignO platform - It is the password (of a third party application) generated by ConsignO via the user's profile preferences.

Enter the cell phone number (for texting) in the person's file (who is an employee) by assigning MOBILE as the type in the PHONES section.
Enter the email address in the person's (employee's) file by assigning the type of email OFFICE to the person in the EMAIL section.
For an international signatory, the use of email is preferred for identification.
