Advice

Before you start creating a schedule in JurisEvolution, it is important to have thought about it beforehand and to have a clear idea of each step, the time frame for each step in relation to the planning reference date, the target recipients and activity codes to be used, and finally, the schedule to be applied.

It is also relevant to mention not to forget the different reminders relevant to the deadlines that must be integrated ( Linked Activities).

The management of planning templates is possible through the Admin tab of the software under the Template Management / Planning tile.

The dedicated 360 window shows all the planning templates available in the database. Different actions can be performed:

  • Copy an existing planning template to create a new one

  • Activate / Deactivate a planning template

  • Create a planning template manually

  • Update system planning templates

  • Edit an existing planning template

  • Delete a planning template

Create a new planning template

+ Using the plus on the right menu bar, open the planning template creation

Define

  • The title for the planning identification

  • The person responsible for the planning

  • The relevant open days calendar

** Don't forget to save regularly so you don't lose your work.**

Add activities (steps of the timeline)

For each activity, it is necessary to define

  • The activity code to use

  • The default status to assign to the activity

  • The merge field if applicable (More information available soon)

  • Description

    • The system description of the activity code is used but the user can enter what he wants (Remember that there is a description in French and one in English)

  • Suggested delay

    • It always refers to the planning reference date to select the activity date

      • It can be in minutes, hours, days, weeks, months or years

  • Duration

    • The default time displayed for the activity is according to the preference of the employee record of the user creating the planning. It is of course possible to modify it.

  • Recipients

    • Choose who is involved in the timeline step

    • It is possible to add several recipients to an activity

  • Linked activities

    • Reminders in relation to the timeline step (before or after the activity as needed)

    • It is possible to add several activities linked to an activity

  • There is no limit to the number of activities that a planning can contain

  • A planning template can be modified at any time

  • A planning template can be deleted at any time

  • A planning template can be deactivated / activated at any time
