How to optimize document classification?

The Preview pane on the right of the 360° documents window allows you to define the criteria for saving your documents. These backup criteria allow one and/or the other of the following two things:

  • Serve as a filter to easily find your documents

  • Serve as information for another user

Note

As many notes as necessary can be added to a document. Without even opening the document, these notes are searchable and can inform anyone of relevant information without you having to speak to them.

Electronic shorthand works in this note field and each note can be deleted as needed.

The reference date

You can set the date of your choice as the reference date. This date can be later or earlier than today's date. We suggest that the reference date serve as the sending or receiving date when it comes to an email, so it is easy to see from the central list of the 360° window what you have received or sent filtered by date.

A modification date field also appears. This date is automatically entered for each modification made to the document.

WHAT THERE IS TO KNOW

No field is obligatory.

Adding details about your document to its backup will allow you to find it more easily, because the information entered in the backup will be displayed in the filters.
