Drag and drop
Drag and drop, or drag'n'drop , allows you to select several files saved on your computer and suddenly drag them all into the correct folder in your document management. During this operation, your Virtual Collaborator automatically creates your directories imported from your computer if they do not already exist in JurisÉvolution.
These directories are thus created and will by default be active in the folder only.
Documents or the document tree can be dragged to 3 different locations.
In white space (center of screen)
This will have the effect of adding the documents without any directory or classification.
This will have the effect of creating the tree placed at the root of the folder.
On a directory in the filter pane of the screen
This will have the effect of adding the documents to the targeted directory.
This will have the effect of creating the tree structure placed under the targeted directory.
On a classification item in the filter pane of the screen
This will have the effect of adding the documents and automatically adding the chosen classification to them.
This will have the effect of creating the tree structure placed at the root of the folder and adding the chosen classification to all the documents contained.
Icon
This icon, in the upper right corner of the screen under the documents tab, opens your file explorer and allows you to search for the document(s) you want to save to your folder.
WHAT THERE IS TO KNOW
Once saved, the documents can be downloaded with a double click. These appear in the upper right corner of your screen and you open it with a click. The documents must then be re-imported to your document management to save the modifications.
Tips & Tricks
