Two 360 windows currently allow the saving of user-defined settings in what could be called a "Custom View".

  • The 360 window for matters (version 20.22.04)

  • The 360 window for documents (version 20.22.08)

Indeed, the selection of filters and the display of columns in a view can be saved by the user for later use.

Step 1: Be in the 360 window in the system view from which a custom view is to be defined.

Step 2: Without having made any changes to the system view, press the "plus" button under the search field to the right of the small star.

Step 3: Name the custom view

The view is now available in the 360 window choices and can be configured to the user's needs.

Step 4: Apply the desired filters and adjust the columns (displayed/hidden/moved) of the custom view as needed.

  • Save by the small registration diskette available after a modification.

The view can be modified and saved at any time.

It is possible to delete a view by using the small bin to the right of the small diskette.
