Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.
Step 1: The first step is to remove the departing employee's access to the software.
Results:
The person will no longer be able to log into their JurisÉvolution account from any installation;
Step 2: The next step is to terminate the employee file.
Results:
The person will no longer appear in your active employees;
The person will be available in the lists of inactive employees;
All activities/actions entered by the individual will remain in the employee's name unless manually changed.
