Powered by Notarius, the ConsignO Cloud platform allows the management of document signing projects from start to finish.
The integration with JurisÉvolution allows users of the Cabinet and Entreprise editions to initiate a signature project from the documents in a matter and transmit it to the ConsignO cloud platform.
The signature project is 100% managed in the ConsignO cloud platform and the follow-up of the projects in Juris Evolution is done visually through the list of requests.
Finally, the uploading of signed documents / audits for projects completed in ConsignO to the file in JurisÉvolution.

Project signature(s) by JE
- The option to start a signature project in JurisEvolution is only available from the documents tab of a matter.
- There is no known limit to the number of documents that can be included in the application in either JE or ConsignO (at the time of writing)
- Only PDF documents can be part of a signature project
- Selection of the pdf to be signed and activate the function - icon on the left in the menu bar
When adding a person to the project, the list of caseworker in the project is presented.
The view can be changed to "Employees" as needed.
The order in which caseworkers are added is respected when transferring to ConsignO.
The JurisÉvolution settings window has exactly the same choices as the ConsignO platform.
The transfer of the signature project to ConsignO cloud is therefore smooth.
(The user using this feature must be familiar with the ConsignO cloud software)
The user can see the status of the project through the menu List of requests of the software.
A status update is possible via the function icon.
Once the steps are completed in ConsignO, the user can complete the request through the JurisÉvolution Request List Menu.
Completing a query means that :
- The ConsignO audit is downloaded in .pdf format
- The final document(s) is (are) uploaded to the file in pdf format overwriting the original document(s) without warning.
- If a document has been added to the project directly in ConsignO it will be uploaded to JE too.
- If the same document is uploaded several times via several projects, the name will be changed to add a number in parenthesis as in Windows - e.g.: 2020 (1).pdf
