Frequently, a user searches for a merge field related to, for example, "name of applicant" or searches for the "address of respondent" field but does not know where to find the information in the complement. In this article, we clarify this issue for users.
Steps to follow
Step 1 : Click on the tab ''Field'' in the complement.
Step 2 : Click on the group ''caseworker''.
Step 3 : In the group ''caseworker'' you find the fields below.
Step 4 : You select the desired field. Then, you select, in the dropdown list, the speaker to the configuration ''Selection of the caseworker''.
