Step 1: Click on the "Persons" tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Set the view to "Persons" using the drop-down menu.
Step 3: Double-click on the name of the person whose information you want to change.
Step 4: The person record opens. From here, make the necessary changes.
Step 5: Save your changes using the green check mark.
