Before you begin: For PC users only, we invite you to install the tools for the Office suite if you have not already done so. Note that the administrator rights of your workstation may be required to proceed with the installation. In this case, contact your system administrator.
Step 1: Go to the main tab "Person".
Step 2: Select the person for whom you wish to produce a document. Enter the person's name in the filter to facilitate your search.
Step 3: Click on the "Produce a document - JurisDocument" icon.
Step 4: In the list of available models, search by name, item number, collection or type using the filters.
Step 5: Select the template to be produced and then click on the Word production icon in the upper right corner of the window.
Step 6: The merge manager will start, follow the suggested steps.
Step 7: Once the steps are completed, the Word application will open and your template will be available.
