System roles are set automatically when importing information via certain functions such as Add Lawyer or Enterprise Search. If necessary, this information can be changed manually.
To add or modify the system properties of a person, go to the person's record.
Step 1: Go to the main tab "Person".
Step 2: Make sure you have the view selected at "Person".
Step 3: Enter the person's name in the filter to make your search easier. Select the person for whom you want to change the system properties.
Step 4: The system properties are presented as attached.

Check or uncheck the status boxes associated with the desired descriptions as needed.
Step 6: Save the changes with the green check mark.
