Step 1: Go to the main tab "Persons".
Step 2: you have to have the view selected at "Persons".
Step 3: Select the person you want to convert. You can enter their name in the filter to facilitate your search.
Step 4: From the person record, click on the conversion icon.
Step 5:
If the conversion is from a legal person to a person, you will be asked to enter the first and last name of the person. Click on "Ok" to validate the conversion.
If the conversion is from a person to a legal person, the person record will be modified and you will be able to enter the information about the legal person.
Step 6: Save the changes with the green check mark.
Note that it will not be possible to convert a legal person into a person if the corporate actors are registered in the legal entity's record. An error message is displayed and the operation is cancelled.
