The Matters menu can be accessed from several locations within the software. The procedure for creating a new matter is the same everywhere.
In our example, we'll use the Matters tab in the main menu.
Step 1: Click on the Matters tab in the main menu.
Step 2: Click on the "Add" icon in the upper right corner. A new page will open.
Step 3: Choose the type of matter to create.
Step 4: Enter your client's name, as well as the name of the employee responsible for the matter and the client. You can also add a reference person for the client, To the attention of, if applicable.
Step 5: Complete the information about the matter. The fields available may differ depending on the type of matter selected.
Step 6: Click on "Finish and Accept" to confirm the creation of your matter.
Result: A new matter is created and ready for use
