Before you begin: Note that permissions and configurations to your access profile may be required to proceed with the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.
Step 1: From the matter, click on the "Documents" tab.
Step 2: Select the documents* to be signed using the Ctrl key on the keyboard.
Step 3: Click on the icon ''Signature of PDF'' located in the upper right corner of the window.
Step 4: Indicate the name of your signature project and the authorized deadline for document signatures.
Step 5: Click "Add" to add signatories to the project.
Step 6: Select the recipient(s) and confirm.
Step 7: Make sure an email address is set up for each signatory.
Step 8: Define an authentication method for each signer and save.
Result:
You will be redirected to the ConsignO portal in order to proceed with the layout of the signature blocks and to send the signature project.
*Documents must be in PDF format
