Before you start : Note that permissions to your access profile may be required to proceed with the following steps. We invite you to validate your accesses with the administrator of your software.

Step 1 : Go to the ''Admin'' tab.

Step 2 : Copy/paste the address of the application [email protected] in the share of your Google calendar, then give it permission: Make changes and manage the share.

To do this, log into your Gmail account and go to Google Calendar. Then go to "Settings and Sharing" of the main calendar.

Under "Share with specific people", create the share.

Step 3 : Copy/paste your Google ID, usually the email address, in the box ''Calendar ID to sync''.

*You will find your ID in the Google calendar settings.

Step 4 : Click on the green check mark to save.

Note that for the synchronization to work, you must also configure the desired activity codes as synchronizable.

So, in summary, your Google calendar will automatically sync with your activity calendar in JurisDevolution if

  • The email address of the activity recipients in JurisEvolution is of the office type and is at the top of the list in their person record.

  • the activity has an activity code with the property "Synchronize with the recipients' external calendar" activated

  • All writing and sharing rights are given to JurisÉvolution in your Google calendar.

  • Your Google calendar ID is entered in JurisÉvolution under the Admin tab

  • the activity is a new activity and the status is not done or cancelled (entries in the timesheet automatically create a new activity with the status done)

  • the activity is already created and is modified, there is only synchronization if the description, start date, end date, location, if the activity is for the whole day or if the assigned persons change (If only the time entries of the activity are modified, there is no synchronization).

Note that for security reasons, only the file number, time and location (if applicable) of the activity and the description of the activity code used will be synchronized in your external calendars. The complete information remains in JurisÉvolution.

In addition, if you or your recipients do not use a Gmail address, you will receive an appointment request. If you accept it, it will be added to your calendar.
