Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.
Step 1 : Go to the menu ''Matters''.
Step 2 : Double-click on the matter and go to the menu ''Documents''.
Step 3: Filter as needed to find documents more easily.
Step 4 : Select, using the CTRL key on your keyboard, all the documents you want to file and click on the icon ''Edit''.
*Note that the selected documents will be edited in batch, so they will all be filed in the same directory. Note also that it is possible to do this for a maximum of 100 documents at a time.
Step 5 : Click on the icon ''Management of directories'' from the page ''Edit documents in batch''.
Step 6: Select the directory you want to apply to your folders and click on the green check mark.
Step 7 : Click on ''Continue'' to confirm the changes.
Results:
All selected documents are moved to the directory chosen in step 6.
If necessary, you can repeat these steps to file the other documents in a different directory.
