Why is my account blocked for 15 minutes?

You will receive a blocked account message after several attempts to log in with the wrong password.

If you enter an invalid password twice in a row, a warning message will be displayed. This will inform you that if you enter the wrong password again, your account will be blocked.

After 3 invalid password attempts, the account is blocked for 15 minutes. After this 15-minute period, you can try to log in again. However, if the password is still incorrect, the account will be blocked again for 15 minutes.

Following this principle, for any further unsuccessful password attempts, the account will be blocked again for 15 minutes.

To remedy this situation, you can use the "Forgot password?" function located on the JurisEvolution login page.

Once the reset is complete, you will be able to log in to the software with your usual email address and the new password.

Please note that resetting your password does not remove the 15-minute waiting period, as this is a security measure.
