Why is my account blocked for 15 minutes?

You receive a blocked account message after several attempts to log in with the wrong password.

When you enter an invalid password twice in a row, a warning message will be displayed. This will tell you that if you enter the wrong password again, your account will be blocked.

After 3 invalid password attempts, the account is blocked for 15 minutes. After 15 minutes, you can try to log in again. However, if the password is still not correct, the account will be blocked again for 15 minutes.

Following this principle, for all next unsuccessful password attempts, the account will be blocked again for 15 minutes.

To remedy this situation, you can use the "Forgot your password?" function located on the JurisÉvolution login page.

Once the reset is complete, you will be able to log in to the software with your usual email address and the new password.

Note that resetting your password does not remove the 15-minute timeout, as this is a security measure.
