If the user does not receive an email following the activation of his JurisEvolut10n account, here are the main elements to validate:
Check the spam folder. It is possible that the inbox has considered the email as spam, since it comes from a "no reply" address and is automated.
Verify that the email address on the access control is correct:
Make sure that when the "Access Control" box was checked, the email address was valid (ready to receive emails). If the email was not yet active when the box was checked, it is normal that the user does not see the email in his inbox.
Validate with the user if he/she has already had access to JurisEvoluti10n or the JurisZone with this email address. If yes, the user already has an account and it is therefore normal that he/she does not receive an activation email. He just has to connect with the email address and his existing password via www.jurisconcept.ca -> Login -> Law Firm to access your database:
In cases where:
The access control was checked before the email address was functional;
The user has already accessed JurisEvolut10n or the JurisZone, but does not remember the password;
The user does not know if he/she has already accessed JurisEvolut10n or the JurisZone;
The link in the email is no longer valid;
The best solution is to go to the login page, then click on Forgot your password:
This will send the activation email again. If the user already has an account, they will receive a link to create a new password.
