Remove access to an employee

How do I remove an employee's access?

Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.


Step 1: Go to the "Admin" tab and click on the "Employees" tile in the Access Management grouping.

Step 2: Select the employee by double clicking on his name and go to his "Employee file".

Step 3: Enter an end date and uncheck the "Access Control" box.

Step 4: Save these changes by clicking on the green check mark and go back to his folder by clicking on the "Back" arrow on the top left.

Step 5: Make sure to change the status to "Completed".

Step 6: Save the changes with the green check mark.


Results:

· The person will no longer appear in your active employees;

· The person will be available in the lists of inactive employees;

· The person will no longer have access to their JurisVolution account;

· All activities/actions entered by the individual will remain in the employee's name unless manually changed.
