Before you begin: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator
Step 1: Click on the Admin menu located at the bottom left of the window.
Step 2: Click on the "Profiles" tile.
Step 3: Click on the "+" icon to create a new profile, click on the pencil or double click on the profile to edit it.
You can also delete a profile by clicking on the trash can.
You can copy and then edit an Access Profile to make it easier to create a similar profile to one that already exists. To do this, select the profile and click on the copy icon.
Access profile configuration
The user profiles are compartmentalized, allowing the firm great flexibility in the manipulations that each user can do in the software. For each element, four independent permissions are possible:
Consultation: The user will be able to see the element in question (example: he will be able to see the supplier type files);
Editing: The user will be able to modify the element in question (example: he will be able to modify the information in the existing person records);
Creation: The user will be able to create the element in question (example: the user will be able to create new clients);
Delete: The user can delete the item in question (example: the user will have access to the recycle garbage can to delete activities).
