Use AVA to analyze your documents and perform specialized validations.
Go to the "Documents" tab in the main menu or the "Documents" tab in a matter.
Select a document and click the "AVA Documents" button located here.

NDA validation involves analyzing a confidentiality agreement by providing a summary, a risk matrix, a clause-by-clause analysis, a negotiation strategy, and an identification of ambiguities. It pays particular attention to the specific features of confidentiality agreements (term and scope).
Contract review
Contract review involves analyzing a contract by providing a summary, a risk matrix, a clause-by-clause analysis, a negotiation strategy, and an identification of ambiguities.
Supplier evaluation
The supplier evaluation performs a contract analysis by providing a summary, a risk matrix, a domain-by-domain analysis, a remediation and deployment strategy, and an identification of ambiguities.
Analysis result
Once an analysis is requested, it is processed in the background, and you receive a notification when it is complete, allowing you to browse freely and continue your work while it is being processed.
A clickable notification banner appears when the request is complete, alerting you to its completion and allowing you to switch to the list of requests.
A notification dot next to the list of requests provides a visual indicator of completed requests, even if you ignored the banner when the request was completed.
You'll see the documents in the preview when you select the request. You'll be able to download the document from there.
