A complete redesign of the Outlook add-in is now available.
This new Outlook add-in is compatible with the new Outlook interface.
Step 1: Open Outlook (Classic Outlook, New Outlook, or Outlook on the web). For reference, the example screenshots will be from New Outlook. The exact path may vary slightly depending on which version of Outlook you are using.
Step 2: Click on the "Add-ins" button at the very bottom of the menu on the left. Then click on the "Add apps" button.
Step 3: Enter "AVA" in the search bar located left.
Step 4: Click on the "AVA add-in for Outlook" tile. A new window will open.
Step 5: Click on the "Add" button. The add-on will be installed automatically.
Click on the "Got it" button to close the window.
Step 6: Go back to your email inbox by clicking on the enveloppe icon in the upper-left corner.
Step 7: In order to be able to use the AVA add-in, an email must be selected in Outlook. Then click "More apps" in the Adds-ins section of the ribbon.
Click on the AVA add-in for Outlook tile to view the add-in.
Note: If you want the add-in to always appear by default in the ribbon, right-click the AVA tile and select "Pin".
The AVA add-in will appear by default in the ribbon.
Result: The AVA add-in is installed and ready to use.
