When accessing their JurisZone, recipients can choose which share (database) they wish to access. Indeed, it is possible for a recipient to receive several shares from different sources using the secure JurisZone technology.

Exemple

Louis works with Cabinet ABC to manage his three companies (corpo) and he also works with lawyer Me Untel from Cabinet XYZ to manage his conflict with a disreputable neighbor.

As a result, on Louis' JZClient, there may be shares of

  • XYZ

    • for neighbor matter 1

  • ABC

    • for corpo matter 1

    • for corpo matter 2

    • for corpo matter 3

Note that if Louis accesses his JZClient via the link in the e-mail he received, he will access this share directly in the JurisZone.

Once on the secure portal, he can browse at his leisure.

Depending on the nature of the sharing, only .PDF documents can be viewed by the (1) recipient, or full access (2) is granted for viewing financial history and paying invoices online where applicable. It is up to the sender of the share to configure the matter in the JurisÉvolution source database according to choice of share.

"Pay" menu Invoices to pay tab

This tab only displays invoices with an outstanding balance.

  • Selecting an item brings up the Show icon.

  • Check the box of one or more items to access the Pay icon.

The payer can therefore follow the steps to make the payment if he wants.

"Pay" menu History tab

Following the various operations carried out in the matter, the payer can track the balance of his account in real time, as long as the issuer makes it available.

In our example image,

  • Issue of invoice 01977

  • A payment of 150.00 has been processed and applied to invoice 01977

  • A credit note of 22.46 has been applied to invoice 01977

Cancelled invoices are not displayed in the history.
