All editions can use the Online Payment feature. This is an option for the $ monthly subscription.
Before you start: Please note that permissions to your access profile may be required to perform the following steps. We invite you to validate your access with your software administrator.
IMPORTANT
These steps must be carried out by the JurisÉvolution database administrator. During linking, this administrator will be associated with Transphere as the main administrator.
1. Subscribe to JurisÉvolution's online payment functionality
This activates the Acceo Transphere tile in the Admin menu.
2. Create your Acceo Transphere© account via the Admin menu tile
Clicking on the Tile opens the Online Payment Activation pop-up window.
Click on "Configure my account".

Complete the requested information and save, or log in directly if you already have an account.
4. Linking
A unique number is displayed. This number must be entered in the pending JurisÉvolution window.
5. Confirmation
The activation window will always display the line in red until Transphere has activated the account. The user does not need to contact Transphere; the account information will be transmitted directly to them by Juris Concept.
If your line is still red, you must contact Juris Concept to ensure that your account activation will be processed.
Once Transphere has completed linking, the Online Payment Activation window displays confirmation in green.
You're ready to receive payments!
Warning - Do not click on the icon in the window UNLESS YOU WANT TO DELETE the online payment configuration.
If the link is broken, the process must be repeated.
